38 Fruit Dragon Designs

Aha! Now I've got your attention with a drawing of a cute quadrupedal dragon (hi, Spyro fans!), here are some more cute quadrupedal dragons. This is a compilation of pages from the sketchbook for my final college project. The idea is inspired by lines of collectible toys with accompanying cartoons, like My Little Pony or Transformers. The toys would obviously simply be the dragons. The storyline that I'm currently thinking of for the cartoon goes like this: in a version of Earth inhabited by dragons, there's this remote, isolated island where the fruit dragons live. Thousands of years of eating mostly fruit has turned them INTO fruit. (Yes, it doesn't really make sense, but that's part of the underlying mystery and intrigue that would be explored as the series went on.) Anyway, the Fluffy Dragon who was in my project from last year -

- (who I want to give a proper chance at life, as it were, instead of just being some poor critter with no backstory) gets shipwrecked and winds up on the island. He would serve as the audience-identification character as he gets introduced to this strange island filled with bizarre plant-animal hybrids.

Anyway, I've come up with 38 designs for fruit dragons. These are very basic, and they could all do with some development and improvement (I think Cherry is the one exception). I already had two designs before, which inspired this whole thing: Strawberry and Lemon. Here are some more pictures of them:

Fluffy Dragon will also have some work done on his design, and get given a name at long last.

So the idea of uploading these was that you guys could help me pick out 6-10 of them to be the main cast, or at least the ones which I take forward and do more work on. You would have commented below with your thoughts on which designs are the best, or have the most potential... but not a single person voted. Thanks for the feedback, guys, it was very helpful.
