Twilight Princess

And here we are, firmly established in the new year, with my first picture of 2016. (Wobba Fett didn't count, because I drew him at the end of December and didn't upload him until January.) But this is the first drawing I've actually made in 2016, and it's one I'm rather proud of.

Normally with a drawing, the colouring stage is the easiest, and the lines are the hardest. But for this, the colouring and sketch were rather more difficult than usual due to the bizarre shape of, and patterns on, the Fused Shadow (the name of the thingy on her head; if you don't know much about The Legend of Zelda, the Fused Shadow is a powerful artefact split into four fragments, one of which is worn by Midna, the titular character of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I'd link (no pun intended) a picture of her, but Google Images isn't exactly hard to find and use, you know?)

Anyway, for some reason I just suddenly thought of drawing a tiny cute Twilight wearing the Fused Shadow. And for some reason I just suddenly drew it. Normally I'm incredibly slow. But this was done in an afternoon.

So anyway, brohoof!


So Midna is supposed to be an imp because she was cursed, right? But she's incredibly adorable... so...
