Description

Why hello there. It's been a while, hasn't it?

Picture the scene. I've been slacking off instead of drawing. I suddenly realise it's almost the end of December. Frantic opening of Photoshop and grabbing of Abigail ensues. (EDIT: It turns out I had already drawn something this month, but Fluttershy looks better on the annual art summary than a sneezing Sneasel, you know?)

And here we are, at the final Mane Six member, Fluttershy. I don't really have much to say, except that my first instinct was to make her Bug-type. Then I remembered that all Bug-types without a strong offensive presence (which is pretty much just Scyther, Scizor, Heracross and Pinsir) suck real bad. And just look at her. I mean, I can't imagine her having an Attack stat of any more than 65-ish. So Grass-type she is.

So now what? The next step is Spike as a Ponymon Trainer, and after that... well, I've got a second person on board now. This is actually going to be the first collab I've ever done, unless you count vectoring someone's sketch. After Spike come the legendary trio of Celestia, Luna and Cadance, and the "boxart" of the three games of which they are the version mascots of. :music: Oooooh I'm so excited!! :music:

Here's the sketch version previously seen in the Derpibooru forums:

I really wanted that whole sort of "Nature Princess" thing. And I think I got it.

Can you make a ponymon version of Spike?
